S.R.McHugh Ltd carried out the enabling works before the main contractor arrived on site, including a high specification office and welfare facilities fitout within the existing building.
Once the Main Contractor was on site, S.R. McHugh Ltd provided them with a Front of House Team, Project Manager and Finishing Foreman to ensure that the Refurbishment works were carried out to specification and on time.
A logistics and waste management team was also provided to manage the delivery and distribution of materials via the one point of access on this particular site.
