S.R.McHugh Ltd. were appointed as Site Logistics coordinator on both phases of the Bermondsey Spa development.
Site movements of plant, material and waste were all managed by our on site team. Our on site Logistics Manager liaised with the Site Management team and all sub-contractors to ensure that materials were delivered and then distributed on site as required.
The Waste Management Team ensured that all sub contractors removed their waste to agreed points so that it could be removed safely from site and in accordance with the SWMP.
