S. R. McHugh’s customer service does not stop once the project has been handed over to the customer.

Friendly handover:

Starting operations in a newly commissioned building is a challenging time for the client and S. R. McHugh remain hands-on during the early days right on through any potential defect period.

Our friendly staff are on hand to answer any queries you may have, ensuring that you have total peace of mind from start to finish.

Long term assistance:

After the first year the works have reached maturity, yet are still subject to the wear and tear of everyday use and also to the elements. 

If the site owner so wishes, site visits may be carried out at regular intervals to pre-empt incidences which may arise and to accelerate intervention when necessary. 

Soft landing approach:

As part of our contract with the client we take very seriously the responsibility for maintenance of the infrastructure we construct.

Unfortunately sometimes things can go wrong but you can rest assured that S. R. McHugh’s dedicated Aftercare team will endeavour to rectify any valid defects with the minimum of disruption to enable the homeowner to have a positive experience of moving into a new home.
