S. R. McHugh are tasked with returning to completed sites to carry out 12 month defect works to release client held retentions.
On several occasions we have been involved with carrying out larger projects for items that may have been missed off larger contracts. These include the installation of brick built bin store to a new estate and installation of a new traffic management system to a new college.
As by the nature of the role, site aftercare is temperamental, spontaneous and often irrational. We have the management and labour force to react quickly when called upon.
